Coldwell Banker Real Estate Market Report February 2025. The number of active listings on the market increased from the same time last year. The average days on the market is higher compared to the same time last year. The number of sold properties is up from the same time last year. Overall, prices have increased when compared to a year ago. The real estate market report also includes several interesting articles.
